What is the cheapest VPS in Hong Kong, Singapore or Tokyo?

On 2 November 2026, the cheapest comparable VPS from a crypto host that asks for no ID was VSYS Host's 1 vCPU / 1 GB / 20 GB plan in Singapore at $5.00 a month with 1 TB, then WebHorizon in Tokyo at $6.00 and is*hosting in Hong Kong at $6.99. The ranking comes from the Lacquerbay survey of 35 hosts. Vultr and Linode also list $5.00 in Singapore and Tokyo, without the crypto-and-no-ID condition.

What is the cheapest VPS in each city, size by size?

Singapore has the least expensive plan at three of the four sizes, and Tokyo at 1 vCPU / 2 GB. Each row gives the first and second plan among crypto hosts that ask for no ID, under one set of rules: an IPv4 address included, payable month to month, shown in stock, at least 1 TB a month on a port of 100 Mbit/s or more, and no China-optimised route.

  • SurferCloud ULightHost, from $3.60 for 1 vCPU / 1 GB / 40 GB in all three cities: 200 GB of traffic on a 30 Mbit/s port.
  • Cherry Servers Cloud VPS, €3 (about $3.35) in Singapore and Tokyo: shown out of stock, and section 3.3 of its terms asks a new client paying in crypto for an identity check or a €100 top-up before its lowest-priced servers.
  • GreenCloud Storage KVM, about $2.08 a month in Singapore and Tokyo: storage plans sold on yearly terms only.
  • WebHorizon "Singapore", $3 and $6: its own knowledge base places these servers in Johor, Malaysia (how to check where a VPS is located).

  • Evoxt, from $4.99 in Hong Kong (1 GB / 10 GB) and $5.99 in Tokyo: no IPv4 address stated on its site.
  • HostHatch, 4 GB for $6 in Hong Kong: no public list of payment methods, so crypto could not be confirmed.
  • Server.HK, from $5 in Hong Kong: ports of 2 to 14 Mbit/s.
  • Amazon Lightsail, $3.50 and $5.00: IPv6-only bundles, and no crypto.
